Love this apps. Lots of info about canadian birds. Love to play the sound to attract birds and it works. Only downside, if you select french or spanish as language, only names of birds are in french or spanish. Everything else stays in english.

The latest version of iBird Canada has deleted years of notes, and all of our favourites. We are so disappointed. This used to be our most recommended app, now we suggest you go elsewhere...

We love this app. Have actually lured birds closer so we can take a picture with the song feature. Lots of enjoyment!

The only reason my rating is not 5 stars is because I lost all my favorites (my life list) with the update... As for the actual app, its fantastic. I love that there are both pictures and drawings. There are few songs per bird, and the app includes phonetic text too. I love that you can search a bird by its song as well as a multitude of other things. The only thing Id like to be added to the app is a way to compare two birds side by side.. All in all, this is a pretty good birding app.

Great app. Marvellous pictures and sounds

The previous version just worked fine for me, so no need to re-design just for the sake of changing every time there is a new OS out. With it I lost all my Favorites and Notes. Re-assigning Favorites using the Location maps is stupidly complicated. So add the favorite button on the Map page that one can add the birds that are common in one area. Back to my bird books.

All the info I need as an average birder. Easy to use and identify unknowns. Lots of species information. Nice slideshow to learn by sound and sight. Regular updates, no crashes. One of my top fave apps and well worth the money.

The provision of both drawings and photos is a plus for this app. This is a feature which can be bit cumbersome in the field but I use it in conjunction with other birding apps as a cross reference. Worth the money.

Has what I need! Updates keep it current.

Found many birds for Québec province, many pictures, sounds, details. Worth the price!
